AURA (“AURA”, “we”, “us”) operates this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a demonstration / portfolio project. The products, prices, collections, and brand shown are fictional and presented to showcase web-design and e-commerce development. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered.

Checkout on the Site is a demonstration flow. No payment is processed and no card is charged. Any order number, total, tax, or shipping figure shown is illustrative only and creates no obligation on either party. Do not enter real payment card details.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or submit any information through it.

You may optionally submit an email address, phone number, or message (for example via the sign-up prompt, favourites, or contact form). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and must not submit information that is unlawful or that belongs to another person without permission. • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;

The Site’s code, design, layout, and original text are the property of AURA and its creator and are protected by applicable IP laws. Product and lifestyle imagery is used for demonstration purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without prior written permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURA and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Because the Site sells nothing and charges nothing, no purchase-related liability arises.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when the updated version is posted here, indicated by a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
